**NOTICE:** All cancellations made after 2 hours (due to accident/size/changed mind) will have a **10% restocking fee**. Please reach out as soon as possible for all cancellation requests to avoid this fee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a defect or damage, we offer a **20-day return policy** from the date of delivery.

## 1. Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:  
- The item must be damaged or defective upon arrival.  
- It must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.  
- All original tags must be attached.  
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.  
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- Brief description of the issue  

If your return request is approved, you will receive:  
- ✔ A return shipping label (for eligible returns)

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

## 2. Damages and Order Issues  
Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is:  
- Defective  
- Damaged  
- Incorrect (wrong item received)

## 3. Non-Returnable Items  
For hygiene and policy reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:  
- Bodysuits & swimwear  
- Lingerie & undergarments  
- Accessories & jewelry  
- items marked as sale items & gift cards  

If an item is marked **Sale**, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

## 4. Exchange Policy  
If you require a different size, color, or style, we recommend:  
- Requesting a return for the original item.  
- Once the return is approved, placing a new order for the desired item.  

This ensures that the new item is shipped promptly.

## 5. Refund Policy  
### 5.1. Refund Processing  
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within **7–10 business days**.  
If denied, a detailed explanation will be provided.

### 5.2. Processing Times  
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If your refund does not appear after 10 business days, please:  
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.  
- Contact your bank or payment provider for processing details.

## 6. Return Shipping  
If the return is approved due to a damaged or defective item, **Glow Alibi** will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.  
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

## 7. Order Cancellations & Modifications  
**Cancellations:** Orders are processed immediately upon placement. If you need to cancel, please contact **Glowalibi@yahoo.com** within **12 hours** of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible and restocking fees will apply. 

**Address Changes:** If a shipping address modification is required, customers must contact us within **12 hours** of placing the order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
